By noon, the day is already running. Messages, errands, a list that only gets longer. Nobody tells you to stop, so you don't.
This bar is for the one minute you take anyway. Warm water, the soft, clean scent of green tea and lemongrass, and one slow breath before you go back in.
I make it with fresh-brewed green tea in place of water and a little French green clay, which gives it a soft sage color. One thin white line runs through the middle of every bar: the pause, right where it belongs.
You don't need a whole day off. Sometimes a minute is enough.
